If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately with uncut videos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link to track your order in real time (If Possible From Your Side). You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and ready for shipment.
