Little Ginnie Return and Refund Policy
How to Return Items:
At Little Ginnie, we strive to enhance your shopping experience by delivering exceptional service. Please note that once items are delivered, returns are not possible if they have been opened or used, as such products are not suitable for reuse or resale.
In cases where products are delivered with severe damage (including leaks, broken items, or missing parts) due to transit, we offer the possibility of initiating a refund or exchange after a thorough assessment following our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
Little Ginnie is not responsible for any damage after the products have been delivered. To lodge a claim concerning missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, a video of the unboxing must be recorded, showcasing the original packaging.
Should you observe any tampering, damage, or defects upon delivery, we kindly request that you refuse to accept the package. If an order is marked as delivered but has yet to be received, please contact our customer service team at +91 7209042111 within three days. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds for cash on-delivery transactions will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer and will be completed within four to seven business days.
It may take up to fifteen days from the date of acceptance for a refund to be reflected in your account. Once the refund process is initiated, Little Ginnie will provide all necessary information, including screenshots and transaction IDs.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment from our warehouse. A cancellation fee of 2.5% of the total order amount will be applied. If your order is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and a fee of two hundred fifty rupees will be deducted from the total order amount for both shipment and returns.
