Kawaljeet Kaur brings with her 10 years of dedicated work in the field of education. She believes that education is the only medium that can create human beings with goodness that arises out of harmony between the mind and the heart, where there is craving to learn and grow with objectivity and an urge to seek a balanced and contended life. Children if educated well can transform the society.

Trained in systems thinking and experiential education, Kawaljeet has worked with some of the most progressive schools and organizations of the country such as – Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Gurgaon and Kunskapsskolan Gurgaon. As an educator and a Coach, Kawaljeet has been designing and facilitating experiential training programmes for diverse group of teachers. Her passion for teaching and her love for children got her to work “with” children and not just “for” them. Her prime contribution has been in the areas of teachers and curriculum development. She is certified as Curriculum Developer for Early Years (IEYP) from Kuskapsskolan Sweden. Her areas of interest and expertise are Mindfulness in Education, Inquiry-Based Learning, Assessments and Early Learning Pedagogies.

Always happy and known for her joyous demeanour, she is much loved and respected by students and teachers alike. In her spare time, Kawaljeet loves reading, gardening, playing badminton and catching the sunrise and sunset. She finds inspiration in nature and music, and enjoys nothing more than having a good laugh. Deeply impacted by Sri Aurobindo and Kahlil Gibran, she strives to understand and practice their ideals and beliefs.
